This pivotal role will see you take the lead on project managing the development of Nesta’s digital platforms and content, including campaign websites, digital tools, data visualisations and HTML-based research output. You will also deputise for the Head of Digital, leading team meetings and offering guidance to other members of the digital team, plus act as a regular point of contact with external digital suppliers. - Lead the digital team’s training programme on best practice digital engagement
- Help with the design, delivery and evaluation of digital marketing activity for Nesta’s programmes, events, campaigns and partnerships
- Engage with, and influence, Nesta staff to commission and produce regular online content
- Write, edit and quality check content for Nesta’s website, newsletters and social media channels
- Support the production of a range of complementary digital content

You must have an extensive background in a digital content role in a marketing or communications team, while experience of working in a not-for-profit or policy environment would be advantageous. You will also have an impressive track record of managing digital communications campaigns from the planning stage, through to delivery and evaluation of impact, plus commissioning and delivering digital platforms.
Collaborative, proactive and an enthusiastic team player, you will be an outstanding communicator, both verbal and written, with a proven ability of writing and editing content for online audiences. Attention to detail and prioritisation skills are vital, as is experience of working to tight deadlines on multiple projects/tasks.
