Job Description

Job purpose
*Drive the development of effective and innovative creative solutions for use across a range of channels including social media, display and e-mail
*Demonstrate expertise in data visualisation and understanding of design nuances by channel
*Manage the design and production for assets across these channels
*Work with the channel team, collecting and monitoring metrics to guide design decisions and continuously evolve
*Ownership of creative consistency for all assets developed for these channels, as part of the development of the business's overarching brand guidelines
*Work with the other disciplines within the team to develop a design framework that can be used globally across all channels

Main duties and responsibilities
*Ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital customer touch points
*Taking part in constructive critique sessions aimed at improving the quality of the team's outputs
*Staying on track with emerging digital trends and culture, attending events and engaging with the wider digital creative community
*Working with the wider team and business to support them in creating high-quality marketing collateral and sales materials
*Proofreading and challenging mistakes to produce accurate, high-quality collateral whilst ensuring consistency across all comms. This includes having a process for quality controlling own outputs
*Ensure designs deliver a consistent experience and visual language across all mediums
*Prioritise work and estimate time on jobs
*Supporting the Content Design Manger, when needed, by working on a variety of offline collaterol including; brochures, adverts, leaflets, posters, exhibition graphics, presentations and stationery

Knowledge, skills and experience
The following are considered as essential criteria for this role:
*You must possess a degree or equivalent level qualification
*Proficient on a PC and Mac
*Skilled Adobe Creative suite user including, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator. AfterEffects & XD would be an advantage
*Working knowledge of Microsoft office
*Have meticulous attention to detail and possess problem-solving skills
*Knowledge of digital and social trends. Knowledge print and production processes would be beneficial
*Preparing projects for digital, print and online prototypes
*Experience working with a corporate team or corporate large brand, and the ability to adhere to brand guidelines
*Experience of working in an agile environment, using agile ceremonies (e.g. stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and working with agile artefacts (e.g. user stories, task boards)
*Highly motivated, excellent communicator, able to work independently and collaboratively as needed, able to balance great design with tight deadlines
*High level of organisation and the ability to work on multiple projects and follow directions, templates and designs from other designers within brand guidelines
