A leading services organisation in Hertfordshire are looking for an experienced Digital Customer Experience Lead to join their dynamic team through a period of extensive business change, working to improve customer experience and drive their innovative digital transformation. You will need strong communication skills, and at least three years' experience within a similar role.
Working across predominantly online channels, you will be involved in:
*Devising and delivering a digital engagement strategy across multiple platforms
*Utilising your analytical skills to report on digital performance and offer constructive improvements
*Owning the email function, working to strengthen relationships with customers, ensuring brand consistency and a positive customer journey
*Identifying new opportunities and technologies to deliver high-quality customer service and feeding back findings to the rest of the team, as to ensure new software introductions are smooth and effective
*Working with the digital team to evolve the company website
You will need to be a good listener with exceptional emotional intelligence and relationship building skills as you will be dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders and customers. It is vital you are a strategic and analytical thinker with a wealth of creative ideas!
