Brand Recruitment have partnered exclusively with a prestigious and highly reputable professional services business based in Cambridgeshire to source their new Digital Communications Executive.
This multi-award-winning business have recently gone through a period of exceptional growth and are looking to expand their marketing team with the creation of this new position.
We're looking for candidates with a strong understanding of digital channels, particularly social media and website management, so they are able to hit the ground running in this hands-on position.
You'll need exceptional copywriting ability and be confident creating compelling content for use across a number of online platforms. You'll ideally have at least 2 years' marketing experience working within a professional services background, or similar.
As Digital Communications Executive, you'll be responsible for developing and driving the business's digital marketing and communications strategy. This is a broad and varied position, working within a responsive organisation who offer their staff flexibility and autonomy within their roles. They are renowned for their excellent levels of staff retention, due in part to their flexible approach and commitment to personal development and growth for all members of the team.
So, what is your average day going to look like? Well, it could include:
*Creating engaging content to be used across multiple digital platforms, including social media channels
*Updating the website using content management systems
*Driving traffic to the company's website through various campaigns and projects, including website optimisation, content marketing and social media marketing
*Helping to develop and hone a strong social media strategy and implementing a social media policy for staff
*Identifying opportunities for positive press coverage for the business, producing press releases and liaising with relevant industry publications
Above all, you'll need to be a self-starter who is able to work under pressure and work collaboratively within the wider team. You'll be confident establishing relationships with colleagues across all levels in the business and will be committed to providing exceptional levels of service.
