We are looking for a Brand Manager, with a proven track record across the consumer experience (offline and online/digital/omnichannel) to manage priority categories, as well as the launch into a new category.

As the Brand Manager, you will develop and execute our demand creation plan. Constantly bringing new ideas to the table, you will take ownership of the core categories, including Lip Balm and Lip Colour. Specifically, you will: - Accelerate the brand’s growth within Europe (prioritising UK and Germany markets)- Lead cross-functional teams to drive the business agenda - Recommend an integrated set of choices across the demand creation plan, building from strong consumer and category insights- Partner with agencies to design and implement the local communication, advertising, PR and social marketing plans across online and offline consumer touch points - Participate in the financial planning process
To be considered, you will need: - At least 5 years of brand management experience (preferably a with mass beauty brand in FMCG)- A proven track record in delivering business results, with proven results in the UK and/or Germany markets- Experience of building beauty and/or cosmetic brands within the digital space Proven knowledge and understanding of developing and shaping digital strategy through: - Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills - An open-minded, positive attitude - The desire to take on new challenges and go the extra mile to deliver an outstanding result So, if you’re a passionate Brand Manager who can take a leading brand to new heights of success, we would love to hear from you!!!!.
