Robert Half are recruiting for an Interim to Permanent Deputy Head of Brand Marketing for a Growing, Innovative Business in the Coventry Area

Key experience required:

  • Tenured and strong media buying/ agency management (TV, Radio, OOH)
  • Strong analysis skills to analyse campaign ROI data and make effective strategic decisions
  • Conversion marketing and sharp campaign execution
  • Effective management and development of teams (5+)

Strong leadership skills are essential with proven examples of managing media partner relationships comprehensively

Data analysis skills to provide evidence and input into the businesses brand strategy

Working closely with the Digital Manager to deliver integrated campaigns

Energetic, focused and strong leadership style to inject energy and influence a positive approach across the marketing function

You will need to have strong man-management skills with the ability to address and improve behaviour and performance through coaching

Role responsibilities:

  • Out of Home (OOH) advertsing, Radio, TV, PR, Content, Events, Graphics and Design
  • Develop and deliver inspiring multi-channel marketing campaigns and marketing collateral that position the business competitively through planning and managing marketing campaigns that generate leads effectively
  • Managing a team of three across content, PR, design and campaign planning including events end to end
  • Responsible for planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns, that generate leads and applications and support the businesses brand positioning
  • Involved and influential role in the implementation and integration of a CRM system and other technology systems (future CMS)
  • Effective evaluation and reporting on the return on investment of programmes, campaigns and marketing activities
  • Develop strong relationships with the other five Marketing Managers to ensure that your campaigns are complimentary and aligned to achieve common objectives
  • Training and development of your team
  • Analysing data/statistics, interpreting and reporting patterns and trends - highlighting and prioritising any issues to inform decision making
