Overview:

We're looking for a Web Analyst to sit on-site in Farnborough, Hampshire with one of the world's most exciting Automotive brands.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • To help deliver best in class data solutions to client projects using statistical analysis and modelling techniques that deliver true insight
  • To deliver expert Web Analytics analysis using Google 360 and Ominiture (Adobe)
  • To work closely with the Content, Customer Experience and Developer teams to continuous optimise all the client websites.
  • To report on the success of campaigns using highly visual techniques including dashboard builds, to highlight trends in the data and the rationale for trends

Role-specific skills, knowledge and experience:

  • A minimum of 2 to 4 years’ experience within Data analytics roles.
  • Interested in problem solving, with good attention to detail.
  • Expert web analytics experience; specifically Google Analytics Premium/GA360, Adobe Analytics (Sitecatalyst and other components)
  • Deep understanding of Web Analytics tagging protocols and naming conventions.
  • Excellent SQL skills (able to write complex queries) or similar programming software.
  • Advanced experience of Social Listening and Analysis tools, especially Sprinklr; knowledge of Crimson Hexagon and Sysomos or other similar tools would be beneficial
  • Knowledge of clustering, segmentation and modelling.
  • Experience with performance tracking of KPIs.
  • Basic knowledge of R or Python would be a bonus.
