My client, a fast growing sports marketing agency, is looking for a customer services professional with German and English language to manage customer queries via twitter for a brand new live sports broadcast subscription service.
Ideally you will have managed customer services in an online environment before for a consumer facing brand or business. Alternatively you are an avid social media user with experience of handling customers in a retail or hospitality environment.
You must love sport - if you like or have a knowledge of American sport even better. And you must be fluent in both English and German.
Ideally you are available to start work immediately. Client will pay a day rate of between £200 and £300.
