Based in the City Centre, we have a vacancy to join our Local Residents Team.
What do we do?
We manage over 160,000 crossings a day over the Dartford Crossing spanning the River Thames which forms part of the M25 motorway network in London and journeys through the Dartford Tunnel below the river. Part of the Abertis Group of companies, we have a global network of offices in 8 other countries.
Our Automatic Number Plate Recognition, (ANPR) cameras capture our Road Users details and charge a fee to their bank account each time they make a crossing. Although most of this process is automated our Charging Service Representatives Team based here in Leeds are on hand to manage calls from our Road Users.
About the job:
Working as a Charging Services Representative you will be supporting the Local Resident Discount Team answering inbound calls, managing accounts and dealing with other queries from our Road Users.
Our contact centre is relaxed, fun and there is no selling involved.
Here’s what we need from you:
We are looking for Charging Services Representatives who will bring positive energy, a desire to succeed and are willing to go above and beyond for our customer! You’ll be able to wow us with your excellent telephone manner from our first conversation and you must have great writing and computer skills.
Previous call centre or customer service experience is highly desirable.
We will teach you everything you need to know, all we ask it that you share our core values – Passion, Excellence, Commitment & Flexibility and that you have basic computer skills, good communication skills and written English.
