In this busy and diverse role you'll manage, develop and grow a small team of research executives and between you manage all customer research. You'll manage focus groups, work with external agencies and act as the face of research in the business. Working across both qual and quant research projects you'll liaise closely with the in-house data team and manage activity which gives the customer a voice. With specific responsibility for customer satisfaction programmes and mystery shopping schemes you'll drive improvements in customer service and experience by championing the customer and putting them at the forefront of key business decision making.
What We're Looking For:
To be considered you'll need to have strong customer research and insight experience and be an experienced man manager. You may be working in a research agency and keen to move into an in-house role, or may already be in a similar role but looking for a new challenge or step up. Your CV must demonstrate experience across qual and quant and ideally you'll have managed large customer satisfaction and mystery shopper schemes before.
