Customer Marketing Manager - £45,000 - London
Our client is the integrated authority for delivering strategy and commitments on transport in London. They run the day to day operation of the capital's public transport network and roads.
Reporting to the Customer Marketing Lead, you'll be responsible for planning and delivering a range of innovative customer campaigns and behaviour change programmes. This is a fantastic role as it gives you the opportunity to work across every element of the marketing mix including TV, radio, press, posters, inserts, DM, digital, social and media relations.
The successful candidate:
- strong knowledge of customer marketing and behaviour change strategies
- proven track record across the full marketing mix including TV, radio, press, posters, inserts, DM, digital, social and media relations
- demonstrable experience of planning and delivering 360 consumer marketing campaigns from initial brief through execution to evaluation and insight.
