Targets will form the foundation for much of what you do, but you'll look to push this, finding ways to monitor, report and challenge the exisiting brand performance. Always looking to go that step further. By championing innovative activations you'll quickly become a key player in setting the benchmark for our portfolio's reach - by using alternative advertising platforms, campaign stategies and ultimately creating greater brand awareness. Working alongside Brand Managers you'll continue to project the evolving Peroni Nastro Azzurro story into the premium beer market. Your key responsibilities within the compay will include, but wont be limited to:

  • Developing PNA's 3-year brand strategy and adapting the global brand positioning for the UK, grounding everything in relevant marketing and consumer insight;
  • Championing the brand vision within the business - building passion, understanding and commitment to the PNA positioning and strategy;
  • Taking responsibility for monitoring and assessment of brand health and key brand activity against 18-month objectives;
  • Identifying and leading future brand/consumer related profit pools and value chain opportunity for the 3-year business plan;
  • Forging close working relationships with the Global Brand and Insight teams to ensure alignment and effeciencies in market delivery;
  • Producing regular reporting and evaluations of performance against the approved strategy, including commercial and consumer metrics.Your attitude is key for us.   • Considerable exprience in a marketing management or brand management position in an international FMCG company;
  • A proven record of translating global brand strategies into exceptional measurable results;
  • Experience of best practice, category breaking, marketing principles and techniques across all touch points - focusing on brand building, innovative media & communications planning, intergrated experiential/content led campaigns, advocacy and influencer needs;
  • A knowledge of trade marketing; can influence customer-led marketing initiatives where brand positioning has been sucessfully developed in the channel;
  • The ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with people from a range of levels-internally and externally;
