Customer Marketing Executive - Manchester City Centre / Cheshire
Our client, who are one of the fastest growing Financial Services businesses in the UK are on the lookout for a passionate and driven Marketing Executive, who places the customer at the heart of everything they do. As Marketing Executive in this fast-paced environment, you will have a solid grounding in managing in life marketing campaigns, thorough planning skills and excellent stakeholder management across all business levels. You will be able to understand sign off processes and quickly understand and evaluate what constitutes a success.
Marketing Executive - Key Responsibilities
*Develop and deliver all customer communications which work directly across the individual business units
*Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to develop and implement powerful customer communications initiatives.
*Develop and implement communications that positions the business and its products with all relevant target audiences
*Develop effective and successful on and off-line campaigns.
*Work in partnership with the Digital Team to provide insight and development of a better customer experience.
*Analyse all elements of customer communications and recommend improvements and opportunities to add value.
*Assist in preparing monthly dashboards demonstrating the effectiveness of marketing activities against targets.
*Manage stakeholder engagement across the business, personally influencing key authorities.
*Ensure all marketing material falls within risk frameworks and regularly requirements.
*Strong understanding of current marketing concepts, strategies and best practice.
*Experience in retention and in life marketing campaigns, ideally within Financial Services
*An analytical approach with experience of planning, basic forecasting & reporting
*Experience working with External agencies.
*An understanding of what drives new business.

A salary of £25,000 - £30,000 is offered (depending on experience) alongside an excellent reward package. The business is committed to providing continued professional development.
