They are currently recruiting an exciting new position for a Customer Loyalty Manager to work within their sophisticated marketing team. In this role, you will take the lead on the development and implementation of a brand new customer reward scheme across the business. You will design the reward scheme through project managing the design team and delivering this through the creation of a digital strategy. You will be responsible for the ongoing management of customer loyalty schemes and monitoring and driving commercial objectives. You will define the annual reward communications and reward roadmap. You will then be responsible for driving engagement for the scheme with customers via digital channels, specifically email.
The ideal candidate will have experience with digital marketing, managing or working on a loyalty and rewards scheme and project management. Ideally, you will have experience working on customer-led initiatives. It is essential you have strong written and communication skills as you will be engaging with senior stakeholders. You will be proactive and innovative, bringing a positive attitude to the team.
