Our client is a global software company that has been named in both the Sunday Times Tech Track 100 and UK Government Future 50 Tech Company lists as one of the UK's fastest growing technology firms on multiple occasions. Due to this fast expansion and successful client wins, it is now looking for a Customer Insights Manager to join the business and work hand in hand with the marketing team to ensure targeted and successful marketing campaigns.
If your application is successful you will find yourself defining, designing and commissioning insight programmes to deliver customer trends and behaviour analysis to the marketing team. You will undertake research projects focusing on existing customer satisfaction and decision making, customer journeys, critical influence points, marketing effectiveness and brand trackers.
This is a stand alone insight role so a solid background in B2B customer insight is essential as you will lead from the front to create and implement a strong insight capability within this already successful business.
