Base Salary: £28k - £40k

Focus of the role:
Your responsibilities will include delivering a multi-channel CRM strategy across email, SMS, direct mail and on-site.
You'll strategize, roll-out and analyse marketing campaigns to increase customer conversion and retention.
You'll pinpoint & target opportunities to launch campaigns & develop new content or offers for targeted segmentation markets to improve customer experience.
You'll be responsible for the end-to-end project management of CRM campaigns from development through to roll-out & execution from A-Z.
You will have the ability to work on many campaigns at ones.
Proven experience in the following:
FMCG, retail, gaming, betting, sports/entertainment or relatable fast paced environment B2C
People management experience is preferred
Email campaign experience ideally using Mailchimp and SendGrid
Experience using Google Analytics or Mixpanel
Knowledge of HTML and CSS
