Are you devoted to customer experience, wanting the best possible customer journey across all touchpoints? Do you want to work on a fast-paced and changeable six-month Fixed Term Contract vacancy for a unique services organisation in Milton Keynes? If so, then please read on, as we have a unique - and newly created - position to you to consider!
Experience with CX, UX and UI is vital here; this role needs someone to come in and literally hit the ground running in preparation for the launch date early 2020, so there will be little time for training beyond the basic bringing up to speed. You'll be strong, digitally, as well as appreciating the tone of voice and visual impact of wider external visuals, customer interaction and communication, making sure that everything is seamless and enjoyable for both businesses and consumers.
Owning the front end "shop window" of customer visuals, you'll understand UX and UI as well as the broader touchpoints, being able to work on tangible aspects as well as the more technical UX side, collaborating with the internal programming team to create a life-changing portal that will help thousands of people. You will be able to understand and act on feedback, using an evidence-based approach to develop and finalise the new product. Most of all, you'll be patient and tenacious, dedicated to creating a pleasant and efficient customer experience.
This is a fast-paced and technical role, that needs someone with experience throughout CX and deeper than just UX, and that can understand the bigger picture, owning the development of all touchpoints for both customer and businesses.
Flexible working is on offer once set up in the role, and the offices are easily-reachable from Bedford, St Neots, Huntingdon, Letchworth, Stevenage, Hitchin, Oxford, Dunstable, Luton, Northampton and Hemel Hempstead.
