Customer Experience Director - 12 month contract (with intention to go perm) - £650 per day
As CX Director for the European Marketing team, you will be responsible for bringing the consumer and shopper into the heart of all planning and decision making across all consumer touch-points, increasing brand loyalty and overall reputation.

For this role strategy and planning experience is key and you will be confident in setting customer experience strategies and defining overall prioritisation of customer intelligence roadmaps. You will also be confident in designing and implementing CX programmes with the aim to make an impact globally. Working with various teams you will also have great co-ordination and global knowledge to do so.
