Customer Communications Manager - £33,000-£35,000 - 3 Month Contract - London

THE COMPANY
Based in Central London, this is a large passenger rail company running several rail networks.

THE ROLE
As Customer Communications Manager, you will be responsible for leading, managing and implementing customer communications campaigns. Your main duties will include:

- producing cross company communications plans and liaising with internal teams to ensure these are aligned across all channels
- producing poster collateral and distributing to relevant sites
- managing and implementing the production of timetable booklets and other ad-hoc signage and collateral

YOU
To be considered for this great Customer Communications Manager role, you must meet the following criteria:

- prior experience within a similar customer communication campaign delivery role
- strong background in consumer marketing (preferably from travel, leisure or retail)
- confident working with senior stakeholders
