The Key Responsibilities of the CRO Manager:

  • Ownership of the optimisation roadmap and strategy across a variety of digital platforms
  • Lead the development of testing road maps (MVT, A/B, etc.)
  • Use of analytics to deliver data-driven business intelligence and actionable insight
  • Tracking and evaluating of website performance through relevant software
  • Support the implementation of front-end user experience, contributing to the re-design and improvement of the website

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A passion for CRO demonstrated in solid experience with a portfolio of success
  • Capable of managing various projects whilst being eager to take end-to-end ownership of the CRO strategy
  • Sound understanding of a variety of online marketing concepts and the importance that user experience plays when striving to achieve online business goals
  • Comfortable using web analytic tools such as Google Suite/Adobe Suite
  • Familiar with conversion optimisation testing tools as well as having a deep understanding of conversion best practices; ultimately applying them to your work when deemed necessary
  • A team player attitude along with a desire to progress further in your career
  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential when producing and discussing report findings to various stakeholders
