As CRM Operations Manager your key focus will be to create brilliant customer experiences, using your knowledge of data and insight to create retention and acquisition programs that are at the forefront of customer journey strategies.
You will bring together the excellence from key functions within the business such as Marketing operations, Data operations and local marketing teams in EMEA to optimise plans across all touch points of the customer journey.
Skills and Experience
You’re a data savvy marketer with a strong background in consumer focused digital (incl email) campaign creation. You’ve managed multiple external agencies and can engage with stakeholders with confidence.
You have experience working with digital software systems but above all you are strategic and can take ownership of the communication strategy for digital medias.
With excellent interpersonal skills, you are analytically minded with advanced Excel (SQL a plus) and you can manage projects, deadlines and budgets with confidence.
