CRM Manager, Windsor -

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced CRM Manager to join a well-known and highly-respected international business in Berkshire. If you have at least 3 years' demonstrable experience managing CRM databases for a large consumer business and are keen to make an impact within an award-winning business, then this could be the role for you! Our client is searching for a driven and passionate CRM marketer, with exceptional project management skills and a head for figures. You will have a strong commercial awareness and will have previous experience analysing and interpreting data into insights that will drive the CRM strategy forward. You will be responsible for managing the CRM budget, so previous experience managing sizeable budgets is highly desirable.

As CRM Manager, you will be responsible for the customer journey, ensuring that all touchpoints and bases are covered to build brand loyalty. You will be responsible for devising CRM strategies to ensure that existing customers remain loyal to the brand and to drive customer acquisition strategies for prospective customers. Working alongside the Marketing team, you will ensure that all CRM communications are aligned with the wider brand strategy, to ensure all messaging is consistent and cohesive. Using your exceptional analytical skills, you will ensure all CRM strategies are thoroughly tested before implementation and will use all data insights to create relevant and targeted CRM strategies.

Due to the location of this Berkshire office, this role is easily commutable from Windsor, Slough, Wokingham, Camberley, Farnborough, Reading, Bracknell, Egham, Woking, High Wycombe, Watford, Uxbridge, Weybridge, Guildford, Farnham, Aldershot, Henley-on-Thames and Basingstoke.
