This is a big role, where you will work with the UK Director to help grow the business from scratch in the UK, focusing on SRM, customer communications, growth and retention strategy.
Working with agencies (who will focus on customer acquisition), this is a pure CRM role - looking at loyalty campaigns, seasonal promotions, for future purchases, e-mail marketing and retention.
You will literally devise and create a (in-life) customer communications strategy from scratch – weekly, monthly plan focusing on comms triggers, when, how and who to target across the annual calendar.
Email and social area a big part of the comms strategy, so is social listening – ensuring that during the growth and as sales grow, customer satisfaction and experience is at its best!
We are a looking for an entrepreneurial marketer who has strong CRM and customer marketing experience within the consumer goods / fmcg markets.
This is a very wide-scoped and hands on role – literally starting new processes & customer marketing strategies from scratch.
You should be comfortable working in a small business / start-up environment, a real go-getter who can work on their own initiative with bags of energy and enthusiasm for growing consumer brands. You will be working with a very experienced consumer marketer and growth expert used to working what have now become market leading FMCG brands!
You should be creative and strong at developing engaging comms ideas, stand-out content marketing campaigns, but also able to see the wider commercial picture and benefit!
