Job Description
As CRM Manger, you will deliver a multi-channel CRM strategy across email, SMS, direct mail and on-site. You'll plan, execute and analyse marketing campaigns to drive customer conversion and retention.
In this role you will keep up to date with CRM trends and strategies, as well as identifying opportunities to launch campaigns and develop new content or offers for targeted segments to improve their customer experience.
Key experience/skills required -
*Experience within a fast-paced B2C environment would be highly advantageous
*People management experience is preferred
*Strong attention to detail with excellent communication, writing and analytical skills
*Experience managing email campaigns, using platforms such as Mailchimp and SendGrid
*Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders to fixed deadlines
*Experience of campaign automation and multivariate testing
*Comfortable working cross-functionally e.g. with design, content, development and product
*Experience using Google Analytics or Mixpanel
*Knowledge of HTML and CSS
*Knowledge of SQL (desirable)
