As CRM Manager you will help deliver the customer communications strategy. You must be a passionate sports fan with an intuitive understanding of customer experience that will harness your indepth knowledge in digital & mobile CRM.
Our client is a live sports streaming platform which gives users unlimited access to live and on-demand sports content for a monthly fee.
You will have experience of working with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce to deliver data driven customer experience. You will be able to use these skills to segment data, contribute to campaign planning and support various regional teams as needed.
-You will ideally have experience of running successful initiatives for a major brand or sports property either in-house or at an agency.
-You will help to identify and build customer journeys and lifecycles aimed at delivering great customer experience for their supporters (customers)
-You will support regional teams in delivering impactful and engaging multi-channel campaigns with the aim of delivering and contributing towards the global retention strategy.
Essentials for this role are:
Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
Experience creating end to end campaigns designed to improve customer retention
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and an interest in sport
Ideally you will have experience of working in a global environment
