CRM Manager - London

Our client is an exciting start-up in the energy switching space. Founded in 2015, they have recently been purchased by an investor with very ambitious plans for the business. They have a unique position in the market and it is their intention to own the space within which they operate.

As part of their expansion, they are looking for an energetic retention marketer to focus on deriving value from our growing customer base, as well as contributing you our overall marketing strategy.

Role Overview….

Reporting into the CMO, the Customer Retention Manager will be responsible for devising and implementing strategies and plans for the retention and reactivation of its customers.

What you will be doing….

*Customer journey mapping, analysing touch points and devising communication strategies for all
*Plan and implement direct communications with customers through email, SMS and social media
*Work closely with all departments to ensure the comms strategy works effectively for all aspects of the company
*Produce effective copy for all customer communications
*Ensure brand messaging and creative is aligned in all communications
*Overseeing day to day social media channels
*Monitor and maximise comms performance, customer retention and reactivation and implement strategies to improve
*Create multiple database segments in order to effectively target the right customers with the right message at the right time
*Continually drive performance through process, campaign and system improvement
*Develop testing strategies for all aspects of the programme to ensure the most effective results

What you will have….

*Strong background in re-engagement and retention strategies
*Experience of running multiple, on-going, multi-channel CRM campaigns
*Strong copywriting skills
*Analytical and data-driven approach
*Has a very hands on, can do attitude
*A confident and articulate communicator
*Ideally worked in a fast-paced, start up environment
