My client is an international Professional Services firm with an ambitious growth strategy and a reputation for innovation. They are looking to recruit a Client Development Systems Specialist to join their Business Development team, based in London. Reporting to and supporting the Client Development Systems Manager to maintain and configure the CRM system, improve the quality and depth of data held in the firm's CRM system to support the business development and relationship management function across the firm's global offices. The role is part of a virtual systems and data quality team across the globe, supporting the Firm's data quality and BD strategy. You will have a strong technical understanding of CRM Systems set up, functionality and data quality best practice, with the ability to scope and implement new requirements to ensure the system continues to underpin the Firm's strategy.
The successful candidate will have:
*Previous experience of using InterAction ideally gained within a professional services environment
*Experience of InterAction add on modules IQ and Opportunities is advantageous
*Exceptional attention to detail and tenacious attitude towards ensuring data accuracy
*Excellent desktop application skills - MS Excel and Word
*Knowledge of integrated e-marketing products would be an advantage, preferably Vuture
*Knowledge of Data Protection and "anti-spamming" regulations and laws would be a major advantage
