Based in London a key part of this role is to deliver the customer communications strategy. A passionate sports fan you will have an intuitive understanding of customer experience and digital & mobile CRM initiatives.
Our client is a live sports streaming platform founded in 2015 which gives users unlimited access to live and on-demand sports content for a monthly fee.
-You must have excellent copywriting skills in order to generate automated, regular and ad hoc email marketing campaigns including: welcome, churn, retention, upgrade, acquisition and newsletter emails.
-You will be responsible for the creation of customer surveys and preference capture methods to develop a deeper understanding of customers and identify new areas of opportunity.
-You must have a genuine interest in sport and be able to engage compellingly with sports fans.
-Ideally you will have experience of working with agencies and will have run successful initiatives for a major brand or sports property either in-house or at an agency
-You must have experience in email / mobile campaign management, analytics, & optimisation.
-Additionall you will have a proven track record of building strategy and planning for CRM programs.
