Our Warwickshire based client are a really lovely charity who are continuing to invest across their Marketing, Communications and PR function. They are now expanding their team with the appointment of a dedicated CRM Officer / Assistant.Â This person will be responsible for the updating, maintenance and development of their CRM system. Â Working closely alongside the Head of Marketing, the key duties of this role will involve:
- Maintenance of the database ensuring high levels of data integrity
- Processing results and reports following marketing campaign activity
- Acting as the organisations CRM â€~Championâ€™
- Supporting sales teams by providing accurate data and insights
- Assisting with the development of new fundraising products and campaigns
This is an exciting role for someone who loves data and understands the role that it plays within a wider sales and marketing capacity.Â You will need to have previous experience of working with an integrated CRM system and be skilled at producing reports with databases whilst analysing and evaluating datasets.
You can come from any industry background, although knowledge of the leisure, ticketing or audience management sectors would be highly advantageous.
It is essential that you have previously experienced working within a busy marketing communications function and previously managed large sets of data.
