CRM and Loyalty Manager
£50,000 - £55,000 plus benefits
We need an experienced CRM and loyalty specialist to join a rapidly expanding and exciting company in the cycling world. You will be tasked with overhauling the existing CRM strategy and systems; building a team that will lead the email marketing strategy, the customer lifecycle plan, and the CRM content plan. You will improve the acquisition strategy, develop an ongoing loyalty programme and increase ecommerce revenue as a result of achieving established KPIs.
Our Ideal Candidate
You will have a significant CRM and loyalty background with a track record of delivering tangible results within the business to consumer world. Prior people management experience will be important as will the ability to liaise with key stakeholders both internally and externally. You will have a strong understanding of CRM systems and experience developing a customer loyalty programme as well as email marketing techniques and best practice. Given the nature of the product, a passion for cycling would be highly valued.
