This Investment Bank is looking for a CRM Anlayst to join them in their beautiful London offices. They are a leading investment bank with specific expertise in cross-boarder transactions. They operate across the Americas, Asia and Europe with a reputation for getting complex transaction over the line. They provide tailored independent M&A, capital raising, refinancing and restructuring to a wide range of public and private clients. Their office is based in the heart of London's financial district and boosts a fun, collaborative feel where work is taken seriously but fun is not forgotten!
About The CRM Analyst Role
As a CRM Analyst, you will have an exciting opportunity to develop both your technical and soft skills in an established Investment Bank
Key Responsibilities for the CRM Analyst:
- Take ownership of the company's Salesforce Lightning system. Championing it to increase engagement and data accuracy
- Take responsibility for all European Salesforce set-ups and responding to all queries
- Lead training sessions to upskill users and display best practises
- Develop a new self-service reporting suite
About The Successful CRM Analyst

Desired Skills and Competencies of the CRM Analyst:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience using Salesforce
- Experience setting up reports
- Strong project management acumen
- Experience leading training sessions
The CRM Analyst will be offered a competitive salary paying from £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience and excellent company benefits and excellent career progression.
