Conversion Strategist - Manchester - £25-40k DOE
Highly regarded conversion rate optimisation consultancy, based in central Manchester, is looking for a Conversion Strategist to join their talented team.
Working across a range of clients, predominantly large, ecommerce companies with 1,000+ transactions per day, you will be responsible for managing the client relationship and for project managing the agency's work - ongoing strategy, planning team resources and communicating with client stakeholders. You will be use web analytics to do an initial configuration audit of clients' accounts and continuous analysis and reporting thereafter. You will triangulate research, combining multiple research sources to create insights that influence the ongoing optimisation of clients' websites. You will use 1-to-1 user research, participant recruitment, scenario planning, session observation and interview moderating. You will carry out A/B testing, with hypothesis generation and prioritisation. You will brief the design and development teams, determine goal tracking and test monitoring (through to the final data analysis and presentation of results).
You will be experienced in CRO, either consultancy- or client-side, with a strong understanding of ecommerce and experience in testing. You will have at least two years' experience of CRO and some impressive result to report at interview.
