An exciting opportunity for an Interim Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist to join a leading financial services organisation. You will be working a 50:50 split between London and Basingstoke.
The purpose of this role is to develop and optimise digital customer journeys for across desktop and mobile customer journeys.
You will be responsible for identifying journey optimisation improvements and product ownership within the Digital scrum, prioritising development and editorial resources to deliver best in class digital customer journeys for their products.
- A highly experienced, analytical and commercially astute digital professional
- Able to build relationships across IT and business resources to deliver digital customer journey
- Able to effieciently manage and prioritise work load across digital scrum resources to achieve business objectives.
- Experience working with digital content management systems
- Experience of driving digital changes to improve Serach Engine Optimisation
