As the content strategy director you'll play a broad role. The business structure is unique so you'll work as part of a leadership team that collectively input and decide on all elements of what makes a big idea the right one.
You'll be expected to forensically analyse a business, looking at how content is viewed, used, generated, perceived. You'll collect insight, data and use whatever metric necessary to build a picture of the business, customer base, meaning that the big ideas will stem from detailed findings and be rooted in insight.
The businesses will all differ - all at different stages of a content journey but all wanting to create stand out, idea-led content that changes the game.
As the content strategy director. you'll have to eat, sleep and breathe this space. Maybe you're already pioneering content strategy in another brand or retailer; maybe another walk of life..
