*To develop and lead a content and creative strategy and manage the Content & Creative team in the execution of that strategy in support of the organisational objectives.
*Provide advice across teams and directorates on the best execution, treatment and content and creative creation for their activities, which include direct marketing, campaigns, fundraising, local support, publications, research and information support..
*To lead on the creative direction.
*Ensure all the content and creative outputs are on brand and that any future brand developments are shared and informed by the working of the content and creative team.
*Lead a content and creative centre of excellence driving best practice and efficiency in the use of content and in the creation and execution of creative work.
*Assist and advice on any changes to the brand and visual identity.

The Content and Creative Manager will support delivery of the company's Marketing and Communications strategy to deliver the strategic goals by:
1.Business plan implementation
1a Developing a strategy, implementing and leading an in-house creative services function
1b Overseeing brand standards
1c Set the content strategy, particularly in the digital arena

*Extensive experience of creative production - managing design and editorial processes and, ideally, advertising services
*Experience of commissioning audience research
*Experience of commissioning and contracting with external suppliers
*Experience of developing and producing publications across a wide range of formats, channels and to a broad range of external audiences.
*Experience of developing and delivering training courses and adapting training to small groups and specific teams

*Detailed knowledge of the discipline of content strategy
