We have a fantastic, hands on client side role with a digital retail giant who need researchers who have a passion for understanding their consumers. You will be responsible for managing their consumer panel and running offline insight projects, answering ad hoc questions across the business.
This is a role looking after everything concerning their 14 million annual customers, ensuring that decisions made in the boardroom are insight driven. Whether it is quantitatively analysing the vast amounts of data on shopper's habits, to spotting trends or running focus groups to develop the product portfolio, you will always be looking to increase retention and generate higher sales!

In order to be considered for this role you must have:
- Hands on research experience both quantitative and qualitative
- A good commercial understanding on how to help a business grow
- A passion for eCommerce
- The ability to push insights to the top table and influence internal stakeholders
