Our client works with over 90 different agencies globally and is structured into three divisions in the UK, US & Global and has a number of offices around the world. They are famous for providing relationship intelligence (through unbiased client feedback, intelligent relationship tools and coaching) which in turn helps agencies to better understand and manage their clients. Due to expansion they are now looking to recruit a brilliant Consultant to join them.

As a Consultant, you will take responsibility for a number of mid level agency relationships including Global Client Leads and local market teams. This will involve working with the Lead Consultant to deliver our service to agencies, manage and develop the team that works on them, and help to improve the quality of our service and product.

Responsibilities

*Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and sounding board to our clients, helping them see the client as a vital business tool for managing and retaining clients, whether they are using it on a local, regional or global scale.
*Deliver our service to agencies, helping them manage their client relationships and establishing/maintaining our status as valued and indispensable partner.
*Delivering our service involves: providing data, analysis and insight, delivering stimulating and thoughtful debriefs, active client management, reviewing data as it comes in, flagging and sharing with agencies any highlights or areas for serious concern, overseeing the scheduling and administration of surveys, providing advice to agencies as required.
*Oversee the scheduling and administration of surveys
*Provide ad hoc advice to agencies, balancing client service with commercial needs
*Contribute to new projects and product development
*Participate in developing knowledge and expertise in client/agency relationships. This could include leading a research project.
*Comply with all aspects of our security policies, taking personal responsibility for the security of your own, the company's and our clients data

Team development
*Contribute to and support the development of the team. This requires fitting in with the team, demonstrating sensitivity to colleagues, being prepared to give and receive open and honest feedback, and actively support learning needs of others (particularly the less experienced team members).
New business
*Contribute to the business' new business efforts by obtaining referrals, soliciting business, and actively following up opportunities in all sectors of the communications industry.
Security
*Comply with all aspects of our security policies, taking personal responsibility for the security of your own, the company's and our clients data

Skills required
*In-depth expertise in the world of communications agencies, preferably with experience in media (Preferably experience as Group Account Director or senior role in Client Services).
*Curious about the psychology of (business) relationships and interested in the stories that data can tell
*Have the strategic gravitas and credibility to partner mid level agency clients (Global Client Leads and local market teas), building relationships with them and running relationship reviews single handed..
*High levels of emotional intelligence (self-awareness, ability to self manage, awareness of others)
*Excellent communicator with the ability to listen powerfully, then communicate clearly.
*Cognitive ability. Able to analyse data and translate it into thoughtful and stimulating debriefs
*Strong strategic thinker comfortable participating in research projects and product development
*Organised and flexible. Able to adapt and manage change
*Unfailingly discreet and able to deal with highly confidential material
