A leading London agency is looking to hire a Community Manager to work on site with their major FMCG client in the Health care division, based in Leatherhead. Both the agency and client are household names with impressive repertoires.
With at least 2 years' experience, this role is ideal for a strategic thinker who has the skills in place to impress and the resolve to keep calm under pressure. Most importantly, this role requires a courteous, positive and high-energy individual with great people skills.
Day to day will involve working closely with Brand Managers and the Group Planning Director to manage daily operations, produce posts, manage the community and overcome any challenges that arise.
Community management in this capacity will mean you become the voice of the consumer, you will be tasked with monitoring conversations to ensure the tone of voice is within guidelines and lead positive, inclusive interactions. This role is about engaging, building and proactively managing a positive social media community.
You will be responsible for fostering and building a social community through Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest, however knowledge of Snapchat, Keek, Foursquare and Tumblr would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will have a strong background of working with digital and social agencies and must excel in producing engaging and creative social media and digital work, across planning, strategy and media. An editorial background and creative skills such as Photoshop would be an advantage.
