Duties & Responsibilities
The Communications Officer, Consumer will be responsible for working alongside the Senior Communications Officer and Senior Communications Manager to plan and deliver successful proactive consumer PR campaigns to differentiate our home and technology products and brand, through close working and relationship building with media, ambassadors, PR agencies and key internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements
This role also requires working with the Commerical teams such as buying and merchandising in a PR capacity to build brand consciousness, not limited to but in particular the home and technology categories. 

Creativity will be needed to create and land media coverage in various formats such as print, social media etc. as appropriate. 

Flexibility in workloads and projects and the ability to work in a fast paced environment is also required.
Required essential experience skills and qualifications
- Previous PR experience 
- Creativity / innovation 
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 
- Strong stakeholder management skills 
- Understanding and interest in the retail and media landscape 
- Developed network within the media 
Required desirable experience skills and qualifications
- Relevant degree
