You’ll be someone with strong communications expertise and experience; someone who is great at building relationships at every level and delivering with others; a self-starter who can develop and deliver a strong plan (being a thinker who also likes rolling your sleeves up to get the job done is important); and someone who brings bundles of energy and passion to what they do, going out of your way to doing the right stuff, in the best way you can. To support you in all of that, you’ll work closely with the Sky internal communications team and PSG’s Senior Leadership team, as well as line managing our PSG Engagement Executive.
Engagement within PSG:
You will design and deliver an engagement plan across PSG (c1000 people) to ensure everyone is inspired and enabled to be at their best, together. As part of this, you will help deliver the Game Plan (our annual strategy document), Roadmap and quarterly leadership event programme.
Engagement with Sky colleagues:
You will design and deliver an ongoing programme that ensures colleagues understand and appreciate the brilliant workplace offer they have at Sky, and how they can play their part in that. You’ll work closed with Sky’s Internal Communications, People and Digital teams to achieve this.
