A broad role spanning sales, shopper marketing & category management as an expert in online for a leading beauty business.
You'll have P&L responsibility for pureplay accounts, in addition to sitting as part of a wider eCommerce & Digital centre of excellence within the business, so you'll have wider responsibility and input into strategy across all eCommerce customers in addition to direct-to-consumer.
First & foremost you'll need to live & breathe eCommerce. Aside from your the day-to-day operational side of your role you will act as a voice/expert within all things online, so the business are looking for a proactive and confident character who isn't afraid to challenge convention and senior members of the business.
You'll need to be strong commercially & confident financially, but when your not forecasting you'll be itching to spend your time driving forward the businesses eCommerce capability and taking inspiration from the wider industry in order to improve how things are done.
