We are currently on the lookout for a permanent Marketing Performance Consultant in our Customer channel team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding and analysing the performance of trading and marketing campaign execution with the objective of influencing key KPI’s including sales channel traffic.
Ideally you will have an analytical background and a background in commercial performance.
As a Marketing Performance Consultant you will be responsible for understanding and analysing the performance of trading and marketing campaign execution with the objective of influencing key KPI’s including sales channel traffic.
- Analysis of existing KPI trends e.g traffic
- Understand and build strategy plans for traffic initiatives
- Define and deliver in depth analysis of brand campaigns, laddering up to commercial goals
- A cross functional leader and influencer able to engage across disciplines and at all levels within the company

Skills, Experience & Qualifications
General Education High School / FE College (2 A Levels)
Experience Experience enables job holder to deal with the majority of situations and to advise others
Managerial Experience Experience of general supervision of more junior colleagues You will have a background in commercial performance and analytical roles with a focus on:
- Trend analysis, with the ability to provide key take outs of performance coupled with recommendations
