Collaborate with the Commercial Director to determine sales & marketing objectives. Formulate the marketing strategy for the business unit CVT (Commercial Vehicle Tires) in the UK & Ireland and lead the CVT marketing team in the successful implementation of the agreed objectives, strategy and goals.
Work closely with the business unit EMEA CVT marketing team to create the UK & Ireland relevant marketing communications, pricing and product strategy.
Drive and support value creation for our partners through the evolution of advanced business models and connected technologies utilising proven and trusted data science.
Through cross departmental collaboration; establish clear and innovative value propositions, marketed in the UK & Ireland to continually develop our journey to data driven solution business.
Oversee the activities of the CVT marketing department on a daily basis and be accountable to the Commercial Director for its performance.
Be responsible for all personnel within the CVT marketing department overseeing career development, training and motivation.
Plan, control and manage all CVT marketing investment.
Drive the annual planning and business management cycle for the Commercial business unit.
Together with the CVT management team revise, maintain and deliver the rolling 5 year strategy plan.
Contribute to the overall strategy, performance and profitability of the CVT Business Unit & Company
Represent the UK and Ireland in all relevant EMEA level decision forums – Marketing, Solutions, Price, eBusiness and Product.
Receive customer & agency visits (UK and Ireland) and travel within Europe for EMEA marketing management meetings where necessary.
Training & Education: -
Marketing / Business Graduate (Desirable)
Minimum 10 years marketing experience
3-5 years line management experience
B2B marketing experience
Knowledge of business intelligence, interactive data visualisation and analytics tools/systems.
