The Client Success manager will be working across brands, agencies, networks and publishers ensure clients receive the most optimized use of the platform technology, work with sales and product on upgrades and build out the brand name across APAC.
What does it take:
- As the Client Success Manager, you will have at least 3-7 years' in a client facing technical role and experience working with clients directly in a pre and post sales capacity
- You will act as the technical go-to in sales and business meetings to speak the technical speak while the salesperson works the room
- Your understanding/knowledge of HTML5 and creative is something you can confidently attest to
- You will work consultatively on platform demos, onboarding and technical integrations - basically a technical consultant to your book of brand name clients across the APAC region
- As a client consultant you will ensure understanding of project scope and set KPIs ensuring best practice and smooth deliver through consistent, timely communication
- You will have the opportunity to work cross functionally across all teams in the organisation including sales, technical services and product
- As a Client Success Manager you will be both a product and client champion to ensure clients get the most of their platform as well as identifying product improvements, new features and best practice Assist clients with ad hoc issues or questions relating to building and launching their campaigns with timeliness and urgency to achieve client satisfaction.
