This well-established and growing company prides itself on its innovative ideas. Based just outside London on the Berkshire and Buckinghamshire border, they've been designing, refining and championing their award-winning software platforms for over a decade. Their exceptional software is globally recognised as being the best of its kind and is used by many iconic clients (Unilever being one of them). The company's 30 strong team is growing ever further and they are now looking for two client services executives to join them.
The company are looking for someone capable of establishing and growing strong relationships with clients. Some experience dealing with representatives from large coprorations will be a bonus here - but it is not essential if you're confident and quick learner. The successful client services Executive will be tasked with:
- Maintaining and building strong client relationships
- Supporting the Client Services Manager and Account Managers with internal/client specific projects
- The management of Content across the company's premier software platform
- Provide analysis and insights into client activity and spend data
- Create and maintain internal and external presentations
