As Client Services Director, you'll be taking the lead on some existing, global accounts. Your responsibility will be taking the lead on managing senior stakeholders within these brands, developing long lasting and trusted relationships, getting a clear understanding of their challenges, business needs and objectives to offer a real strategic viewpoint and come up with some creative and truly integrated marketing solutions. This role will involve working closely with the Managing Director as well as being responsible for managing and growing a client services team to ensure that briefs are delivered efficiently and profitable for the agency.
