Unique Marcoms agency need a Client Services Director to manage senior level relationships & strategy with key clients
This marketing communications agency has created a unique point of difference in the marketplace and works with a number of large B2B tech companies as well as telecoms, insurance and media clients. They have a reputation for being a trusted, reliable and forward thinking agency. They are looking for a talented Client Services Director to join the team as they have continued to win new accounts and are again expanding.
You will be responsible for managing the senior level client relationships with a number of clients spanning both B2B and B2C and across the full marketing mix of channels including print, digital, social, video and events.
You will report straight in the MD of this small but perfectly formed agency and they are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and lead a client-focused team to deliver spectacular results.
Skills and experience
A solid understanding and experience within B2B Tech and B2C marcoms is essential. In addition you have a passion for social media and understand its capability to develop leads and engage audiences.
You know the value of marketing collateral across digital and print and working with creative to design and develop successful campaigns across multiple channels.
You are creative and strategic in nature with the ability to think outside the box and articulate ‘big ideas’. The team have a real positive ‘can-do’ attitude and they are looking for a like-minded person to join them
