ACCOUNT DIRECTOR - £38-£40K - PERM - EXPERIENTIAL/SAMPLING - C LONDON

A really exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading, global agency, specialising in delivering a good mix of live experiences, hospitality, sponsorship, retail marketing, strategic and business-oriented marketing solutions for some of the worlds leading brands. We're on the lookout for an experience Account Director or Senior Account Manager who is ready to take the next step up, to manage one of the agency's biggest accounts and drive growth.

ROLE
Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, this role will see you responsible for the day to day client management within a designated revenue stream
Taking the lead with day to day management of an experienced team of approx. 10-15
Overseeing the delivery on national sampling campaigns
Ensuring the team deliver against both the agency and the client's strategic and financial objectives
Acting as a true source of inspiration for the team, leading from the front and ensuring they deliver against set KPI's, while ensuring a enthusiastic and pro-active office environment
Maintaining and developing client relationships
Pro-actively identifying opportunities for growth withing key accounts
Ensuring client objectives and requests are communicated quickly and efficiently to the team and process is being adhered to
Deleloping ideas, leading pitches and presenting
Complex budget management

REQUIREMENTS
Solid client services experience developed within an experiential agency, having had a strong emphasis on sampling
Pro-active, driven and ambitious with the ability to transcend these qualities to junior memebers of the team
Excellent organisational skills
Sound knowledge of the experiential market and culture
Ability to build strong and trusted relationships with clients, team members and external suppliers and stakeholders
Financially astute with a good commercial head and ability to spot opportunities for growth
Excellent communication skills
In depth knowlesge of how experiential campaigns are delivered in their entirety
