We have been retained by a hugely well known brand to help them identify and select their next Digital Chief Marketing Officer in Gibraltar.
An outline of the role and responsibilities are as follows -
This role is responsible for all marketing, including omni-channel, across all UK Sports brands including; Performance Marketing (acquisition and digital attribution), digital brand Creative, Media Buying, on and offline Advertising production and implementation, Promotions, Sponsorship and Product CX and Customer Research, Insights and Customer Experience.
The role will work very closely with CTO Data and CRM to ensure CRM/RTM operations driven by data is aligned and delivered to the Digital CMO customer communication strategy.
The role is responsible for each Sports Brand's strategic marketing leadership, execution of marketing plans across channels and verticals, the marketing mix budget for Sports Brands, the development strategy for marketing product customer experience, customer research and the marketing P&L delivery across sports and gaming verticals.
As a senior member of the Sports Brands leadership team, the role will provide strategic leadership across all of these areas of the business as well as working cross functionally to improve overall business performance; the Digital CMO will be expected to coach, develop and mentor the team and colleagues to drive change through all functions for delivery of budget and potential business performance with this role holding overall accountability.
