Channel Strategy Manager

If you are currently a senior digital / marketing / channel / customer experience manager this new role would provide you with the opportunity to shape and influence the channel and customer strategy, build a high-performing team and support the overall brand channel strategy.
Boehringer Ingelheim is currently looking for an experienced manager from within or outside of the industry to who will take leadership accountability for the channel mix strategy and channel optimisation, as well as building and expanding the remote sales representative capability.
You will contribute to the vision and strategic direction to the integrated customer experience, by acting upon a deep understanding of our customer needs and engagement preferences to then shape the strategic roadmap for the next 3-5 years.
This role will have both 1st and 2nd line management and will be best fulfilled by someone who has a passion for data driven insights and well as the ability to engage and motivate immediate team and wider stakeholders.
In order to create a successful career in this role, you will need to have strong experience in the Multi-Channel Marketing Strategy area, and ideally sales and people management experience.
